About the Role
You will help improve and develop assembly operations in an advanced manufacturing environment where both daily production performance and long-term expansion are in focus. The role spans an existing production facility as well as the development of a new production site, giving you the chance to work with both immediate improvements and future-ready production setups.
You will be close to the business and work with production teams, line technicians, operators and support functions to strengthen safety, quality and delivery. This is a role for you who like combining hands-on problem-solving with structured production development, and it offers a great opportunity to influence how assembly lines are built and optimized.
Job Description
- You will develop and optimize assembly processes, working methods and production flows.
- You will support daily production by solving technical and process-related challenges.
- You will create and improve assembly instructions and PFMEA.
- You will define the tools and equipment needed at each workstation and help ensure the right setup is in place.
- You will coordinate activities and priorities together with line managers and other support functions.
- You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment.
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of assembly lines in a new manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer.
- M.Sc. in Production Engineering, Supply Chain or similar.
- Strong experience in production, problem-solving and project management.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Lean / World Class Manufacturing.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- You work in a structured and proactive way and are comfortable taking ownership of improvements and deliveries.
