We are now looking for an Operations Strategy Lead & Process Owner to join our Power Quality operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives, improving processes, and enabling a more digital, efficient, and scalable way of working across our global operations.
You will work closely with multiple functions, acting as a key link between teams and contributing to both operational excellence and long-term development of our Power Quality business.

Your responsibilities
- Drive strategic development and continuous improvement within the Operations function in Power Quality
- Support and coordinate global initiatives to strengthen alignment and ways of working across regions
- Act as a link between Engineering, Project Management, Planning, and Operations teams
- Develop, standardize, and improve operational processes across planning, documentation, and execution
- Drive digitalization initiatives, including reporting, follow-up, and data-driven decision making
- Define and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and support business decisions
- Support project and tender activities from an operational perspective
- Contribute to improving efficiency, reducing manual work, and increasing productivity across operations
Your background
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role
- Experience working with processes, continuous improvement, or operational development
- Strong skills in Excel and an interest in digital tools, data, and automation
- Understanding of project environments and business operations
- Structured and able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Curious, driven, and open to change, with a willingness to learn and develop
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
